All appointments must be booked in advance.
● A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment.
● Appointments are confirmed only once the deposit is received.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
● 24–48 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule.
● Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows will be charged 50–100% of the service price.
● Same-day cancellations for any reason forfeit the deposit.
Travel & Location
● Travel fees apply based on distance and will be disclosed before booking.
● Clients must provide accurate address and parking access.
● Tolls, parking fees, or long walking distances may result in additional charges.
